The supplier remains responsible for product quality, product warranty and contractual obligations.

Do you use AQL inspection standard?

Our standard inspection is based on visual checking, order details, packaging, quantity and agreed key checkpoints. AQL sampling can be arranged upon request, but it must be confirmed before inspection. For furniture, customized products and project orders, the suitable inspection method depends on product type, order quantity and buyer requirements.

How does E-REACHING charge for sourcing services?

Service fees depend on service scope, product category, order complexity, inspection frequency and project duration. For full sourcing service, a percentage-based service fee may apply. For standalone inspection or factory visits, a man-day or project-based fee may be used.

What is your standard sourcing service fee?

Our standard China sourcing service fee is 5% of the total order value, based on EXW or FOB product value. The exact service scope should be confirmed according to the project, order value, product category and buyer requirements.

Can the service fee be adjusted according to project size?

Yes. For larger projects, long-term cooperation or complex procurement plans, E-REACHING can discuss a practical fee structure based on the real service scope, supplier locations, order value, inspection needs and project timeline.
