How much does pre-shipment inspection cost?
Pre-shipment inspection starts from RMB 1,500 per man-day. The final fee may vary depending on product type,
factory location, inspection scope, quantity, reporting requirements and whether travel or urgent arrangement is required.
How much does container loading supervision cost?
Container loading supervision starts from RMB 1,500 per man-day. It can include packaging condition checking,
carton quantity, loading process, container number, seal number and loading photos.
How much does during-production inspection cost?
During-production inspection starts from RMB 1,800 per man-day. It is suitable for checking production progress,
materials, workmanship, semi-finished goods and early visible quality risks before final inspection.
How much does factory audit cost?
Detailed factory audit starts from RMB 2,500 per factory. It is suitable for supplier background review,
production capability checking, equipment review, workshop checking and basic quality management review.
What is included in one man-day inspection?
One man-day usually includes one inspector working on site for up to 8 hours, visible product checking,
quantity and packaging review, photos, defect records and a basic English inspection summary.
What is not included in standard QC inspection?
Standard QC inspection does not include laboratory testing, official certification, destructive testing,
engineering calculation, installation checking, supplier legal responsibility or after-sales warranty assessment.
Can E-REACHING provide 100% full inspection?
Yes. 100% full inspection can be arranged when every unit needs to be checked. The fee is quoted by scope,
depending on quantity, product complexity, defect criteria, working hours, reporting requirements and supplier location.
How does project QC management pricing work?
For larger projects involving multiple suppliers, multiple production stages or several shipment batches,
E-REACHING can offer a project QC management package. The fee is usually 1%–3% of inspected product value,
depending on project complexity, inspection frequency, supplier locations and reporting requirements.
Does QC inspection replace supplier warranty or lab testing?
No. QC inspection helps identify visible quality risks before shipment, but it does not replace supplier warranty,
legal responsibility, after-sales obligation, third-party laboratory testing or official certification.
What information should buyers provide before booking an inspection?
Buyers should provide product photos, order details, quantity, factory contact, factory address, inspection date,
packaging requirements, key dimensions, defect concerns and any special checking points.
