How is the 5% sourcing service fee calculated?
The standard sourcing service fee is usually calculated as 5% of the total order value,
based on EXW or FOB product value. The final service scope should be confirmed before the project starts.
What does the sourcing service fee include?
The sourcing service fee may include supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, factory or showroom visits,
translation support, supplier communication, price negotiation, product confirmation, order follow-up,
basic quality checking, loading coordination and shipment preparation support.
What is not included in the sourcing service fee?
The sourcing service fee does not include international shipping, customs duty, import tax,
destination delivery fees, laboratory testing, product certification, special packaging, product samples,
installation, urgent overtime or third-party service fees unless clearly agreed in advance.
When does the RMB 600/day visit support fee apply?
If a buyer visits China but does not place any order, RMB 600 per day may apply for accompanied sourcing,
translation, market visits, factory visits and showroom visits. This fee is prepaid and non-refundable.
If the buyer later confirms an order for the same project, the paid daily fee can be deducted from the final
5% sourcing service fee.
Is there a minimum service fee?
Yes. For small orders, sample orders or low-value procurement projects, a minimum service fee of RMB 5,000
may apply. This helps cover supplier communication, product checking, order follow-up and shipment coordination
with a professional service standard.
Can the sourcing fee be adjusted for larger projects?
Yes. For larger projects, long-term cooperation or complex procurement plans, E-REACHING can discuss a practical
fee structure based on service scope, supplier locations, order value, inspection needs and project timeline.
Is international shipping included in the sourcing service fee?
No. International shipping, customs duties, import taxes, destination port charges and destination delivery fees
are normally quoted separately. Door-to-door logistics depends on destination country, trade terms, product volume,
shipping method and customs requirements.
Do you charge separately for QC inspection?
Basic quality checking may be included in full sourcing support when agreed. However, standalone QC inspection,
detailed inspection reports, during-production inspection, factory audit, 100% full inspection, repeated visits
or project QC management may be quoted separately. Detailed inspection fees are available on the
Quality Inspection Service page.
Can E-REACHING provide a project-based fee proposal?
Yes. For projects involving multiple suppliers, several product categories, long production cycles or multiple shipments,
E-REACHING can review the product list, supplier locations, order value and timeline, then recommend a practical
project-based fee proposal.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We aim to keep pricing transparent. If extra costs are required, such as third-party testing,
special packaging, product samples, urgent arrangement, international shipping or customs-related charges,
we will inform the client before proceeding.
